⚖️ Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason, within fourteen days. The withdrawal period will expire after fourteen days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by an explicit statement (e.g., by email). To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract before the goods are shipped, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
If you have already received the goods, reimbursement may be withheld until we have received the goods back. The direct cost of returning the goods will be borne by you. The cost of resending the goods will be deducted from the refund, after verification of the condition of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Contracts for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
- Contracts for the supply of goods which are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
🌿 1. Perishable Products
Perishable goods, such as plants, cannot be returned. Once the product has been delivered, it is not possible to process a return.
📦 2. General Returns
If you wish to return a product that is not perishable, you can do so within 14 days of receiving your order. All shipping costs related to the return will be at your expense.
🔄 3. Item Replacement
Should you wish to request a product replacement, the return shipping costs and those for the new shipment will be at your expense. We invite you to contact us for any questions or clarifications before proceeding with the return.
✅ 4. Return Conditions
The product must be returned intact, unused, and in its original packaging. Products that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for return.
📋 5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return request, please contact us through our customer service channels or do it independently via the dedicated button in your account. Once we receive the returned product, we will verify its condition and refund the corresponding amount, minus shipping costs if applicable.
