Shipping Information
We strive to fulfill orders within 10 working days, and in any case no later than 30 days from the day after the customer places the order. Shipments received by Saturday will typically be processed on Monday or Tuesday only. This ensures the plants are held by the carrier for as little time as possible and avoids weather and warehouse problems over the weekend.
There reserves the right not to ship during periods of extreme heat or cold. In this case, the shipping date will be agreed upon with the customer, or the order will be shipped at the customer's risk.
Shipping Methods
You can choose your shipping method by selecting the various options available during order confirmation and payment.
Shipping over €150 taxable amount is FREE ONLY for ITALY .
STANDARD shipments are not insured. If the package is lost or its contents are damaged during transport by the courier, refunds or reshipment of the goods will not be possible.
Damage due to transport of Orchids
You can select INSURED shipping for €5 to insure your shipment and receive a full refund (up to €300) in the event of loss or damage to the package by the courier (excluding damage to stems or flowers). INSURANCE will be arranged directly with the shipping company, and they will issue refunds in the cases mentioned above.
The delivery address must be clearly and correctly provided. The customer is responsible for the costs of reshipping shipments returned to the recipient due to incorrect or missing contact information provided at the time of ordering (including any storage and return costs).
If the customer fails to collect the shipment (due to the absence of the recipient or a designated representative), the package will be held at no additional cost for 7 days, during which further delivery attempts will be made or, alternatively, a receipt will be issued for collection at the courier's depot or local post office. After this period, the shipment will be returned to the sender, requiring payment of storage and redelivery fees.
During the winter months, we offer the option of adding a heating pack to your package for just €3 more, to protect your plants from the cold during transit. Complaints for plants damaged by the cold will not be accepted from customers who do not take advantage of this option.
NB: the heating package has a minimum operating temperature of 2-3° below this temperature during operation; this may not be enough to protect the plants. We therefore recommend checking the weather forecast for the days following the order in the destination city.

International shipments are not insured.
Please note that during holidays or EMERGENCY periods, punctuality is NOT guaranteed by the courier, so delays are possible during the Christmas and Easter holidays.
Risks and Transport
Goods always travel at the Buyer's risk. The Seller is not responsible for damage to the goods during transport, as any damage must be reported to the carrier in writing within the established timeframe. The goods are entrusted to the carrier chosen by the customer. In the absence of clear and unequivocal instructions regarding this matter, the Seller will entrust the goods to carriers deemed suitable by it, without any liability.
